Neon Sign Warranty
One Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
Neon signs purchased through NeonSignly.com are warranted against defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This does not include breakage, cracked tubing, broken tubing or broken wiring that occurs after 30 days. The warranty only applies to defects that have not been caused by misuse, poor handling, improper installation, neglect, alteration that are not made by us or accidents (dropped signed for example) not caused by us. Any alterations not made by us or usage of any parts (transformers, tubing, etc.) not supplied by us voids the warranty.
We will require the return of the neon sign in order to examine the damage and to determine if the material is in fact defective under the terms of this warranty. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the neon sign or in special cases a refund for the amount of the purchase. If the damage is determined not be a defect, we can still repair the sign if possible, but cost of material and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement sign at half the price.
Shipping the returned sign to NeonSignly shall be the buyer's responsibility and we will refund ground shipping charges if qualifications for warranty repair have been met.
Canada Warranty: We do not accept Canada signs to be shipped back due to the shipping costs. Instead, we will ship Canadian clients replacement parts and instructions for proper repair.
Signs over one year old are not covered by this Warranty
30 Day Warranty
For the first 30 days, we will repair any sign that is damaged during shipping, installation, or any other accidental damage. If the damage is accidentally caused by you, we will repair your sign for free, excluding the costs for the replacement parts.
Return shipping charges to send your sign back to us, as well as shipping charges for us to ship back out the repaired sign, will be the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the damage is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage that you report within 24 hours after receiving your sign, we will cover shipping costs.
Shipping Breakage Warranty
We provide a shipping warranty against breakage during shipping. If your sign breaks during shipment, we will replace the broken parts. You MUST report shipping breakage to us within 24 hours of receipt of your sign. It is important that you open your sign upon arrival and test it to make sure it is not broken. If you do not report the shipping breakage within 24 hours, the shipping warranty will be void.
